Born in Northern Ireland in 1972, MAGGIE O’FARRELL grew up in Wales and Scotland and now lives in London. She has worked as a waitress, chambermaid, bike messenger, teacher, arts administrator, and journalist in Hong Kong and London, and as the deputy literary editor of The Independent on Sunday. 清醒纪10-14对话很少，都是作者身处一个个危险时，脑内的小剧场。如果是我就会想“我要死了，我要死了”无限重复吧，还有空想这么多。作者写的让人心也揪一下，很好读。(在中国一所人多到扑出来的医院，被医生开了给马吃的药？活下来了～）
